We are continuously improving our site to include all products. If you do not find the one you are looking for, we are just a call away. We will be happy to assist you on phone as well. We have started our van service for free fitting in Pune city. It will soon be available in your city.

Return Policy:

• We (tyresvan.com) do not entertain return requests for used products.

• If you have selected our fitting service; then our technician will show you products before fitting them.

• Kindly check the product before fitting starts.

• We will not accept any return request once our technician installs tyres on your vehicle.

• If fitting at your location is not available; and ifyou have received damaged or defective product by us, immediately report the same to our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving the product.You can email us on support@tyresvan.com

• Kindly refer our Return Shipment policy mentioned below for processing return.

• After inspection; we will send a replacement within 12 working days.

Return Shipment:

• You need to send the product using a reputed courier once we inform you about return.

• Courier freight charges will be reimbursed to you upon genuine inspection of the product.

• Ensure that the products are properly packed so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit.

• We will give you reference number regarding your return request.

• You need to attach original invoice while sending the products back.

Refund Policy:

If we are not able to replace your product; then refunds will be processed within maximum of 18 days from the date on which we receive the returned products. Online paymentmade through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which the payment was made. If the refund is approved then you will receive the amount which you have paid.

Cancellation by you

If you want to cancel your order; you need to cancel it within 24 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation request will not be considered; if the shipping processhas been initiated by us.

We (tyresvan.com) reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. We will contact you if your order is cancelled by us.

If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the paid amount will be reversed back in your account.
